Plastic Molding And Casting Scale Model Parts

On this casting video tutorial, the author shows you the making of a propeller for a scale airplane.

We notice a good question from a  user in the comment section of this casting  DIY tutorial as follow:  Really amazing how you get a delicate piece like that molded properly. One question though. As it is that delicate I was surprised to see none of the spruces were still on the propeller. But you did not cut them either. They just 'naturally' detach? And that is always a clean break?

the video owner said that:  The point where the sprue contacts the blade is so small that it separates easily. Had I glued them, it would be a different story.

and also this comment was very useful that suggest like this : a Great plastic for casting very tiny parts is called "Plast-Aid" its a 2 part system that uses a powder and liquid "Monomer" ive gotten really great casts from ULTRA small parts with that stuff... although my god does it stink... ill always prefer Urethane, but for parts Urethane cant cast due to how small it is, it is a great alternative
